Hotel Sahil - Katra (Jammu and Kashmir)

I had a great stay at this hotel in Katra. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the main Vaishnodevi start point. It was so convenient to have several eating options nearby, offering a variety of choices. The staff was really helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. The room size was good and the prices were reasonable, making it excellent value for money.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Sagar Ratna, where you can eat, is within walking distance the hotel. I used free parking onsite. Even the Jammu airport was not so far...

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and good service. The staff is very attentive and cooperative, making the stay comfortable. The hotel's central location, close to the market place, is convenient for exploring the area. The rooms, though slightly compact, are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Despite the limited space, the hotel pays attention to detail and provides basic amenities for a comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to the registration counter and the start point of the Yatra. The staff at the hotel were polite and helpful, especially in providing pick up and drop facility to the Yatra's start point. Another advantage was that the hotel had a backup power generator, so we did not face any issues with power cuts during our stay.

The rooms were not up to the mark, with old furniture and a congested space. The cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel, especially in the lobby and walk-in spaces, were sub-standard.

the hotel is located in a prime area making it very convenient for travelers. the room service was exceptional, and the food was delectable. the staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made my stay even more pleasant. the rooms were clean and cozy with all the necessary amenities available. the best part was the warm water available, which was a blessing during colder weather.

The bathroom was not in the best condition, and the furniture was a bit old. Some of the facilities like the TV could not be used, which was a bit disappointing.
